If you have a liquidity issue while you sell down or reshape assets, I will work with you to try and find a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
UNLOCKING VALUE
If you have strong asset backing, very little liquidity or working capital to enable you to add value, I will work with you to find a solution to unlock your asset’s potential value.
RESTRUCTURING
Structuring transactions that address issues or objectives requires an open mind without being restricted to a ‘box-ticking’ process.
FUNDING
Citywide’s focus is to help you work through a difficult financial situation that requires restructuring, such as a liquidity injection, a hands on approach

Develop a strategy for restructuring with current or new and existing lenders, and assist in communication with your creditors.
Note: Citywide has a number of direct connections with first-mortgage non-bank lenders. Should an offer be made by the primary new lender that results in a shortfall, Citywide will consider advancing funds from its own resources.
